Refund Policy
Focused Fitness will only issue a refund to a purchaser who has not received a completed nutrition and/or training program and Focused Fitness Support Packet via email. Due to the amount of analysis and time required to formulate a Focused Fitness personalized program, along with the unique design and valuable information included in the Focused Fitness Support Packet, a no refund policy must be maintained. If you have purchased a Focused Fitness Program, but have yet to receive it via email and would like to receive a refund, please contact Rachel at for further instruction. By purchasing any program from Focused Fitness, you confirm that you have read and understand our no refund policy.

Shipping Policy

No physical products are currently shipped from Focused Fitness. Electronic Nutrition and/or Training Program + Support Packet will be sent electronically within 48 hours of receiving completed Client Profile Form and photos. Email with any questions or concerns.
