MEAL PREP MADE EASY

Helpful Grocery Store Solutions
One of the most common challenges I hear from folks interested in starting a nutrition program is that they’re overwhelmed by the thought of prepping meals. It can feel intimidating, and too often keeps people from getting started at all. I’m going to share some quick and convenient foods you can find right in your grocery store that will help you get started and make prepping meals quicker and less stressful.
Before long you’ll be in a routine and meal prep will become second nature. And, yes, prepping meals without the help of packaged foods is ideal (and a little less expensive), but with hectic, busy schedules it’s better to take a little help from the grocery with these acceptable alternatives than to stay stuck in a bad nutrition rut and never get started.
Also, keep in mind, you don’t have to prep all of your meals in one day. Simply cook a few extra portions at dinner one or two nights a week, toss them in food storage containers and you’re ready to go without much extra time or effort. And, by using some of the helpful grocery store solutions below, you can speed up dinner prep and meal prep all at once.
